Weekly Meditations at Trinity

Trinity hosts a group meditation every Wednesday from 7:00pm until 8:00pm. The meditations done each week vary and everyone is welcome to join us.

Pineal Meditation- The pineal gland is a pea-sized gland located in the brain near the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. The pineal gland is also known as the third eye and many consider the pineal gland to be the organ of supreme universal connection. During our pineal meditation you will be guided on a journey to activate and awaken your pineal gland promoting the opening and expansion of your third eye and opening your connection to the universal consciousness.

Yoga Nidra- Yogra Nidra is also known as "yogi sleep," and while it has yoga in the name, it doesn't involve the physical activity one normally imagines hearing Yoga. Instead, it is a meditation practice during which the practitioner turns inwards, releasing their senses during a state that is between the state of waking and sleep. The results of Yoga Nidra are deep relaxation and the expansion of one's self awareness.

Group Past Life Regressions- During a group past life regression you are guided through deep meditation into a trance-like state. While in this deep trance-like state you are able to recall memories from previous lifetimes. Recalling past lifetimes can lead to a better understanding of where you are on your journey in your current lifetime as well as the people and relationships that may have carried over into your current incarnation.
